Mission

ETA's missions are:

• To monitor the operator through setting and enforcing rollout and service quality target and ensuring universal access to the public for telecommunication services.

• To facilitate and regulate the participation of the private sector in the downstream liberalization of and others when government decides on telecommunication services,

• To protect customers through the consistent enforcement of appropriate legal instrument and,

• To ensure efficient resource utilization and management of radio spectrum and numbering.
